Have you been lifting weights in and out of the gym, spent a huge amount of your time and effort and still nothing is happening to your body? Sure, after a session of rigorous exercises you might have felt your muscles swelling a bit, but after a short rest, do they simply go back to their normal form? With this you might be asking, what is it that I’m doing wrong, how do you bulk up fast?

Well, bulking up is really not that hard. All you need is a little know-how. Here are five great tips on how you can bulk up rapidly. Read on!

1.) Stretching is by far the best thing that you can ever do for all your muscles. A lot of people do not understand how important it is to stretch and warm up. They like to think that stretching is only for the inexperienced losers, so they neglect stretching altogether. For your information, stretching will not only help you avoid acquiring injuries, the right stretching techniques alone can also increase the growth of your muscles.

2.) You also need to vary your workout routines if you want to get beefed up rapidly. You see, doing the same routines over and over again will only provide you with minimal muscle growth.

3.) You will also need quinoa for muscle building. It is a known fact that nutrition plays a significant role in terms of building muscles and quinoa is the best source of muscle building protein there is.

4.) After your workout session, give yourself an hour break before you start feeding your body with the right foods. Doing so will enable your blood to properly flow into all of your muscles and not just into your stomach. A fantastic after workout meal is one large banana and a bottle of protein shake.

5.) It is also important that you give your body enough rest because believe it or not, it is not inside the gym that your muscles are growing, but it is in your bedroom when you are sleeping.
