Advantages of artificial plants

Artificial plants used to look like just that – artificial. They were horribly plastic and the colours were not very realistic at all. If you walked in to a house with a fake plant, you’d know there was something up. However artificial plants have taken a turn in the right direction. The stems or trunks of the plants are made from real wood giving them a realistic look from the start. The leaves are made from polyester and are coated, this means that they don’t only look real, they feel real to. Having access to these realistic looking artificial plants means that you can put a plant in rooms or areas that would usually be unsuitable for plants such as bedrooms and bathrooms that have no windows in them, without offending visitors to your home!
