I don’t know about you but when i don’t get enough sleep I am usually very irritable. Allergies cough is a common thing in the children’s and many children’s suffer it once or twice a year. There is no complete medicine on this and the bed rest will make things fine but the children’s are children’s after all and they don’t listen or don’t understand the importance of taking rest in such infections. Their activeness beats us all and I find it very difficult for putting them in home for the whole day.
