Chest Workout

The chest is one of the best looking muscles on a guy and can give you the wide V look from the side view. It will make you look more solid than other guys because it is difficult to achieve a thick full chest. Working your chest is very important in your training regimen. You need to work it twice a week to give it time to fully recover between sets. Never do the same chest workout for more than a month straight. You should always be switching up the program so that you don’t get stuck lifting a certain amount of weight like every other guy at the gym.
