The LLC vs corporations argument discusses a variety of advantages and disadvantages for corporations and LLCs. The one thing that is left out of the general LLC vs corporation argument is S corporations. When discussing LLC vs incorporation you need to discuss all aspects of the corporation, which includes S corporations. If you leave nothing out then you will be able to properly present your side of the argument, nor can the person make an educated decision about which business structure works best for them. If you plan on using the LLC vs corporation taxes argument make sure you present the S corporation side of the argument because an S corporation is taxed similar to a partnership because it allows flow-through taxation. A normal corporation does not allow flow-through taxation, so the specifics must be mentioned.
