Is Fish Oil Beneficial to you?

It is not new news that eating fish or taking fish oil in a supplement are a good thing. The benefits of fish oil supplements or simply eating fish are numerous. The benefits simply outweigh the negatives. And this said, what are the negatives of taking a fish oil supplement?
