Make Hair Grow – Faster
Posted on November 15th, 2009 No commentsIt’s so frustrating trying to grow hair out or grow it long – like a watched pot never boils, “watched” hair never seems to grow at all.
But it is, at the snail’s pace of approximately half an inch a month, on average.
If you are at all serious about helping your hair follicles push out healthy, strong strands then you are going to have to take a multi-pronged approach.
Start taking a good hair growth supplement and eating well – lots of fresh, vibrant fruits and vegetables, legumes and whole grains. Get enough sleep – lack of it can grind hair growth to a near halt. Do scalp massage to increase circulation – more blood flow is a feast for your follicles and stimulates those lazy hair cells. Avoid shampooing more than twice a week. You can freshen hair with a thorough soak in just water or use conditioner only. Lastly, keep those split ends nipped in the bud by getting a “dusting” (a micro-trim) every six to eight weeks.
