My husband and I are expecting our first child in June of next year. While I have greatly enjoyed being pregnant, I have also been worried about how we are going to be able to make ends meet on just my husband’s income. (I have always wanted to be a stay-at-home mom, and my husband supports this.) In my spare time lately, I have been looking into different ways that we can cut our budget, particularly our energy bills. We already turn off lights when we leave the room, and we have our thermostat set pretty low. However, I can’t help but feel that there is something more that we could be doing to save money. After searching online, I have found the answer: the power saver 1200.
From what I understand, the power saver 1200 is a nifty little device that will allow me to save money on my power bill by storing my unused power. You see, every time I start an appliance which has a motor, the motor pulls energy from the power company. However, when the appliance pulls the energy from the power company, there is quite a bit of energy lost as that power travels through the cables and wires to the motor. The power company has sent that energy to me, though, so they are going to bill me for that energy whether I lose it or not. As you can tell, there is quite a bit of energy that is lost during this process. I just think about the amount of times that the motor on my fridge starts up during the day and I want to cringe and cry. There is so much power being lost each and every time I hear that motor run! With the power saver 1200, though, I won’t have to worry about the motor on my fridge, my washer or my dryer any more.
The power saver 1200 works by storing all the energy that was lost in the transfer of power from the electric company to my appliances. The power saver will then transfer that saved energy back to the motor on the appliance as soon as it starts up. This way, extra energy is not being pulled from the power company; it is just being pulled from the power saver. This means that I am not being billed for energy that I am not using. I will be able to save quite a bit of money on my energy bill from now on. What’s more than that, I will no longer need to worry about harming the environment by wasting energy. With less energy being used, I will cause less damage to the environment. Less coal will be burned to produce my energy. This means that there will be more resources to use later and less emissions and pollution floating in the air.
There are tons of ways to save the environment, but this way I am also helping to lower the cost of my monthly bills. There are a million things to love about the power saver 1200. I love that I will be able to save money on my power bill. I love that I won’t need to use as much energy once it is installed. I love that I will be able to help the planet as well. I can save the environment for my unborn child instead of worrying about how to make the world a better place. I also won’t need to worry about money as much. As of right now, I can’t think of a reason why I shouldn’t get a power saver 1200. It’s time to get back to just enjoying my pregnancy.
