Let’s take a look at the second Straight Talk Android device, the LG Optimus Q.  LG has really hit the ball out of the park with the Optimus line of mid-level Android devices.  I really like these phones and I especially like the price of this Android Straight Talk prepaid phone.  I’m a fan of this phone for a couple of reasons.  As I mentioned above, the price is $179.99 for no contract, which is really good.  I like this Android better than the other Straight Talk smart phones.  It’s a personal preference.  I am a fan of the slide out keyboard and the 3.2 inch touch screen, as well as the very decent camera that this phone comes with.  I also love the fact that there is no contract associated with the phone.

Choosing your Straight Talk Phone

Choosing your ST phone really shouldn’t be that hard.  Here is one thing to know: if you buy an android phone with this company, you have to use it with the unlimited plan ($45 per month).  This is a very affordable and good plan, but some people will not want it.  For those people, there are two phones to look at from this company.  The new LG 511 is a nice phone that works with either plan.  Also have a look at the Samsung t528G.  Take the time to pick out a good phone because you will be stuck with it for at least a few months to a year.  Good luck!
