Learning how to get rid of blackheads is not that difficult. The key lies in an exfoliating face wash. With an exfoliating face wash the dirt will not build up inside your pores and blackheads will not start. It is not a fool proof plan, but it should work very well. Any acne treatment that you stick to and make a part of your routine will also help treat blackheads, as well as the rest of the acne that you have. Do not push blackheads out unless you absolutely have to. You run the risk of damaging the tissue underneath the surface of your skin, which will lead to an increased risk of acne scars. Follow these steps to not only get rid of blackheads, but treat all of your acne.

Treat Acne Naturally
Learning how to treat acne naturally is an easy process and can be made totally organic if you wish. Treating acne from the inside out is the most natural way to cure the problem. Your skin is a reflection of the inside of your body, and if you are putting crap into your body, guess what? Your skin is going to look bad. Switch to a vegetable based diet that is rich in fruits and nuts, while low in meat, bread, and sugars to clear the toxins out of your body. Your drinks should regularly be water. Some coffee, tea, juice, and wine is okay but avoid soda and beer. This certainly is not a treatment that will give results over night, but will make you feel much better within a few days.
Drink Water to Get Rid Of Acne
The absolute easiest of all acne remedies is to drink more water. I am not saying just a little bit more water, drink a lot of water. Most of the other stuff that we drink like coffee, soda, beer, and tea all dehydrate the body by making us pee more often. Water will help balance you out. Increased water intake will flush a lot of the crap out of your body that will normally end up trapped inside of your pimples. There is a huge difference between oily skin and hydrated skin. Oily skin will break out frequently and hydrated skin will prevent pimples. Increase your water to at least a half gallon per day. Drink more if it is hot or if you are an athlete.
