    Facial fats, who would want to live with them? Just like everyone else, you do not want to spend the rest of you life having them as well right?     First of all, you need to be very careful of the things that you ingest on a day to day basis. There are certain food items that can cause water to get retained inside your body, which in effect, causes facial bloating. Foods rich in carbohydrates and those with high salt contents are some of the major culprits. If your goal is to slim down your face, you are very much required to lessen your intake of carbs as well as salts. This means no more binging on fast food burgers, fries, pizzas, chips and the like; instead, eat more vegetables and fruits.

    Secondly, drink plenty of water regularly. A lot of people have this misconception that drinking more water can actually make your face puffier or bigger. If you happen to share the same way of thinking, then you better think again! Regular intake of plenty of fluids will not cause your face to appear bloated, it is actually the opposite. By drinking lots of water, you get to flush out the excess fluid which is being retained inside your system and along with it, harmful toxins and other impurities as well. Make it a point that you drink at least eight to nine glasses of fresh water everyday – that is going to be your best bet when it comes to losing facial fats.

    Lastly, try out facial exercises. One simple facial exercise that you can do almost anytime, anywhere is to smile more often. Yes, smiling is a great way to workout your face. The act of smiling will not just stimulate the muscles of your face, but it will also make you feel good!
