TV Stands For All Types Of Rooms
Posted on November 24th, 2009 No commentsIf you have a small or strangely shaped room, a corner stand is recommended. Your room will seem bigger with the TV fitting neatly in the corner. Plasma TV stands are available in all sorts of fashionable materials and styles. Choose one that will match other furnishings in the room. Then there’s the TV stand. This is a great way to highlight your plasma TV by making it look like it is floating in the air. The base of a pedestal TV stand will not be as wide as your TV so make sure that, when mounted, the TV is very secure. Stability is so important that many manufacturers supply special bolts for added strength, especially if your TV is going to be placed on a wall.

Panasonic Plasma Televisions
Posted on August 17th, 2009 No commentsThe sale of Panasonic plasma televisions are on the rise. Recently they caused quite a bit of excitement when they announced that by the year 2010 they will have a 150 inch diagonal plasma TV screen available for consumers to buy.
While, the picture quality of a CRT screen will last for years and years, you’ll notice a distinct difference in quality for a plasma television after a few years. but Panasonic is improving the durability of their televisions as well.
Another drawback that plasma televisions have are that they consume more power than LCD models. But Panasonic is working on this aspect of plasma TV’s also. If improvements in plasma technology keep occur at the same pace for the next few years as it has for the last few, it won’t be long until the technologies are pretty much equal.
