With the influx of Wii Fit games coming out that utilize the revolutionary balance board accessory, people who might be on a budget and can only afford one game, may be wondering “What is the best Wii Fit game?”  Well, with a lot a competition, it is kind of hard to find an answer to that question.  But as of today in June of 2009, the clear answer is EA Sport Active.

EA Sports Active, developed specifically as a better version of the original agme that shipped wit hthe balance board, takes everything a step further.  They developed a leg strap that will hold the Nunchuk-controller for the Wii, which will give you real time feedback on whether or not your positioning is correct for certain exercises.  They’ve also included resistance bands the package.  Resistance training (whether with weights or bands) is essential to losing weight.  If you build muscle, you’ll burn fat!
