    Anxiety disorder can be a difficult and debilitating condition. Symptoms of anxiety are triggered by different situations, and can differ from person to person.

    There are actually over a hundred different symptoms of anxiety. Some of the most common are:

    *Fatigue

    *Chest pains

    *Nausea

    *Skipped heart beats

    Any of these symptoms can occur during anxiety attacks. However, some could also be indicative of much more serious conditions, so be sure to consult your doctor about any unusual symptoms you are experiencing.

    Types of Anxiety

    There are different types of anxiety disorder. Social anxiety involves becoming uncomfortable, anxious, and even panicky when you are around other people. It can make it difficult to participate in life, sometimes leading sufferers to withdraw and lead a solitary existence.

    Generalized anxiety disorder is just that–general anxiety. Symptoms of anxiety are experienced in a variety of situations, sometimes without an apparent cause. This type of anxiety can also be difficult to deal with. Those who experience generalize anxiety order feel as if they are going to die, or become panicked over otherwise everyday events.
