Take a Break to be Better at Increasing Productivity.

Most people can’t always be working at their optimum productivity levels at all times. After a certain period of time most people get burnt out no matter what they’re doing. Taking a break can actually help you start increasing productivity. If you shoot to work at short bursts at your most productive times you’ll accomplish more than working on something non-stop. We have a tendency to jump into tasks with great ease and excitement, this leads to more efficient work. Once you’ve been going at something for an extended period of time that excitement and motivation can fade out and cause you to become slower or more inefficient. Taking a break not only gives you a break from the monotony but gives you brain time to rest and even generate new ideas to make you even more productive.
