Water Damage Mold in Your Vehicle

It may be easy enough to remove the toxic mold from your home, garage or even office, but what if you have water damage mold in your vehicle? While it’s not as common it is possible if you’ve accidentally left your windows down in a vehicle that’s been sitting for a while.

If you have that yucky little fungi in the carpets of your vehicle, the best way to get rid of the mold is by using a steam cleaner on the source of the problem. You may also want to consider using a bacterial disinfectant and product design for the specific removal of mold.

If you find that your vehicle’s carpet has an extensive amount of water damage mold, your only other option is to replace the carpet. If the vehicle is a newer model you can usually check with the dealership for carpeting options and pricing. If you have an older model vehicle, you can try doing some research online for carpeting options.
