What are CCJs?
Posted on June 16th, 2009 No commentsCCJ’s are county court judgement mortgages or in other words mortgages for people who have ruined their credit by having CCJ’s against their names. Fortunately the US takes a fairly lenient view to thoe who are debtors – and unlike other countries its still possible to get finance for property if you go to a specialsit CCJ lender.
Don’t be surprisedif you don’t get the best mortgage rate in town though – after all you have proven yoruself to be a bad credit risk and you are going to pay for that by having an higher than normal interest rate.
The idea with a CCJ mortgage is to refinance it as soon as your credit is restored so that you can get a better interest rate. Well that is assuming that you get the CCJ discharged against your name!
Finance best ccj mortgage, Ccj mortgage, ccj mortgages, county court judgement mortgage, find ccj mortgage
