  • Why Sleep Matters.

    It seems like there is a pretty obvious answer to that question, right?  I have to respond to that with another question, how well did you sleep last night?  Exactly, it matters but we tell ourselves that we can catch up on it later to justify the crappy sleep we got last night.  Sleep recharges your batteries, it balances your metabolism so you can eat properly, it reduces stress, and most importantly it keeps you alive!  People who get good sleep live longer than those that don’t.  You can’t use that as an excuse to not quit smoking, but it will keep you alive longer.  Take a look at this article to learn techniques on how to fall asleep quickly.  Unless, of course, death is a better option.
